THE EU CONNECT MODEL

The Model has three components:

A financial investment in immovable property (real estate) located in the Republic of Slovenia; and

A work and residence permit issued to the investor within 3 months of the conclusion of the purchase of property; and

The option of Family Reunification 1 (one) year after the initial residency permit is issued.
